Customer loyalty will help the enterprises to consolidate existing markets; Customer loyalty is conducive to reducing marketing costs; Customer loyalty makes it possible to better protect enterprise in the fierce competition; Customer loyalty can help enterprise to enhance the core competitiveness and improve the long-term business performance.

In most cases, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is not a simple linear relationship. This shows that there are some other moderating factors between the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty these two variables. These variables and their role in regulating intensity differ with its industry. Research has identified the following moderating factors and the empirical research.
