The establishment and maintenance of Knowledge Management (KM) in an Enterprise Architecture is an important task on managing the different departments on different stages was included in this enterprise infrastructure. This Knowledge Management (KM) provides important benefits to the people who are working according to their potentiality in an enterprise. The abstract determines the development of modern technology service in enterprise systems and conversion of two enterprise systems on sharing knowledge.

Tacit Knowledge:

5.1 Analysis of Tacit Knowledge:

Where all the application features were gathered from different knowledge concepts, science and technology, Information Technology (IT) and finally dealing at a regular base structure which is finite in managing at the modern technology service.

To conclude this research about knowledge management model, every organization or industrial systems at present generation depends on modern enterprise service and access to the network for outsourcing their business process which reduces uncertain risk in their organizational knowledge management.

Similarly for the conclusion on research of tacit knowledge implementation regarding the conversion of the two industries, the person from his own business level had succeeded in sharing the knowledge to the newly joined industry about the growth of mobiles in market. By having the experience in VCD’s manufacturing, developed the mobile technology which produces function of different colors, ring and dance at a time. With this mobile technology the industry had benefited on selling the valuable product at high price on comparison of less demand for their previous products for industries produced in market. Finally, as a result of this tacit knowledge achieves success to the in industries on re-engineering due to conversion.
