It refers to anything related to computing technology, such as networking, hardware, software, the Internet, or the people that work with these technologies. Many companies now have IT departments for managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of their businesses.  IT jobs include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, Web development, technical support, and many other related occupations." [i] 

By refer to the definition above, information technology can be related with computing or any device to connect with internet so, people can connect with each other’s to share their information, software, hardware and people who using technologies. Through the information technology, many of the organization know to manage their network administration, computer programming and many else to become successful.

Besides that by using information technology, it can make people who are working and study finished their task, proposal, or anything of work easily because they can connect with internet or get the connection to clients and suppliers in the wider world. Other than that, information technology does not can be used only by using computer and phone only; it also can also some level of connectivity in the applications that make them work such as e-mail, instant messaging, web protocols and more.

At the same time, information technology make business can ran smoothly for an example a businessman or businesswoman or others workers can share their proposals or ideas through information technology. Also, they can upload or share any news about business or anything by using information technology and by using any devices which is laptop, tablet and Smartphone they still can get the information especially related to the business.

OBJECTIVES

To identify the effectiveness and efficiency of Information technology (IT) to be the IT is the key business success.

The first of objective that can be the IT is a key business success is to identify the effectiveness and efficiency of IT. Means that, to analysis the effectiveness and efficiency of IT in helping performance in the business in order to help the production of the business can get the best result by using IT also it also can make all the works become easily and get the result quickly. Other than that, the employees can apply the work by using IT with efficiency and effectively then will get the best result of their production in the company. So from that, it can make the business can easily to handle and control also in the same time the company will successful because can get achieve their goals in the company by using IT.

So, by having IT to distribute all information to all people in the organization can be done within a second only by click send button by using an e-mail. Next is, "Improve employee satisfaction."Means here, information technology can easier to all employees to work done with effective, efficient, quickly and etc. Then, the"Communication".
