Business communication in society, business and technology are all dependent on effective communication and confusion, dissatisfaction and misunderstandings is not effective communication.To withstand a suitable business to operate a business appropriately, basic of business communication is most important must understand. In the other hand business communication isessential role in creating success. Business communication has many type forms to communication. In business communication verbal or nonverbal is used to promote a product orservice,share information or relay a message. In business context occur situation is business communication includes all communication and a knowledge of business communication is presupposes an understanding of both business and communication.Then Business communication not message itself and let receiver has easily and exchange understanding to originating. Business communication must need to be effective in business and business communication is most important in management.The basic function of management has planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. But didn’t have effective communication this function cannot be performed well.In business commutation have much information flow and this information is unlimited flowing.Feedback is compare part of business communication. For an example which company has some event want to promote ask the committeeto give out the flayer.Then before will have a large feedback to active this event. But immediate feedback is easy misunderstanding so this situation must avoided.

Personal qualities are important in business and job. Personal qualities can help person to make up one personality and get along in new situation. For an example worker have good personal qualities like dependability and patience are a quality is employers wanthave.Then other qualities employers’ values are honesty, assertiveness, flexibility, problem solving, friendliness, intelligence, leadership, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor.In the other hand personal qualities is a range of skill must be learn in life because personal qualities is most important in develop your career. Personal qualities are the part help worker to use skills effectively. For employers want look for request of worker personal qualities is reliability, honesty, enthusiasm and punctuality.

Everyone will have their dream job in future my dream job in future isI want to be a computer programmer. Personal quality should havein this job Computer programmer are intellect, personality, expertise, motivation, maturity, pragmatism and cooperation. If want to do a computer programmerrequire is a person must calculate any problem want to reduce must correct and interested in the work. Work must be taken seriously and sincerely like can be late come to work and don't concentrate.When processingnegligence is cannot be used on any matter and should not be hasty. TheComputer programmer must no hypocrisy must be honest. Most important is must like this job and you must very interest in the work.Why a computer programmer should be intellect? A programmer should be a person who can understand the problem. Other than that a programmer should be a person who can translate and express ideas in clear and readable code because it is included in the job itself. Furthermore, a programmer should have analytical and logical mind. For an example, when programmer is facing problem when building programs, the program can be solve effective and efficiently. The second personal quality that a programmer should have is personality. The job of a programmer is all about creating. When you are creating something, you must be a creative people. Other than that, detail-oriented is important to a programmer because when a little symbols or letters are wrong in a program setting, the program wouldn’t operate effectively. The third will be expertise.When a customer is throwing a lot of question to you, you must answer it through your expertise and your knowledge. You must solve the problem base on your experience. When you are a programmer, motivation is important personal qualities. A programmer shouldcares about work, shows enthusiasm, interest and love for programming. Programmer cannot be working when the money is in your pocket. You must implementing creative and interesting ideas when you confirm to be a programmer. The next personal quality of a computer programmer is maturity. Programmer is a very specific job for those who are educated in the computer program courses so that, a programmer should be a very expertise and knowledgeable person whoknows and uses sound software development principles, practices and approaches as agile, design and architecture patterns, domain-driven design, unit testing and refactoring. There is various type of problem base on computer programming. When a problem comes, a professional programmer cannot be ignoring the problem. Pragmatism is a personal quality that a programmer needs too. Although programmer is a professional job that full of knowledge but you must understands what is possible. If it is not necessary just ignore and don’t be over-engineering. Other than that, a programmer shouldunderstands business goalsbecause you are working with the organization but not individual. Be a programmer cannot be too depends on yourselves you must keeps touch with reality and focus on what should be done.Cooperation is needed as a programmer too. If a programmer is too stubborn and didn’t listen, accepts that other people could have better ideas it will be hard for you to the future journey. As a team, supports team goals without hidden agenda are very important. Programmers are always conducting a meeting on how to invent new program together, if you have hidden agenda, the team mates will feel uncomfortable and aware of you. Other than that, shares ideas and knowledge and coach others also is a must to your subordinates or team mates.

According to peace and conflict research, assume thatconflicts are the expression of opposing intereststhat they are characteristic for modern societiesthat they are endemic in modern societies.Conflict is a situation when two or more peoples have different wants or goals and one of the people is trying to interference the others. Other than that, disagreement between people will occurred conflict. There are some sources of conflicts. The topic at hand is the most obvious source of conflict. This type of conflict happen when there are disagreement of pay and other compensation, resources, scheduling, job assignments, the quality of products and services and budgeting. The second will be the process. The people involve will have conflict or disputes on how to do something than what to do for. Next will be relational issues. It means one of the people in a team is disputing on how the people want to be treated by one another. The last will be ego or identity issues. Relationship will go well when people have knowledge of face-threatening ways and gets use of it. Ego or Identity issues involve face of competent, commitment, fairness, honesty, reasonableness and professionalism.

3.1 Situation

A conflict that I have been involved in recently is I am a Diploma student in Olympia College. There have a teacher teaching programming in my college named Mrs. Wong. She has been teaching me for 3 semesters. This is the third semester that she teaches me. There is a misunderstanding between me and Mrs. Wong. She heard from John that I am not paying attention in the class. John is one of the class mates who hate me so much because of my results is better than him and he jealous of me. One day, Mrs. Wong scolds me badly because I am talking with my friends beside me. I am curios of why it is the problem so serious until get scolded by Mrs. Wong. It makes me so up sad.

The primary source of the conflict in this situation is Mrs. Wong misunderstand me. I don’t think the other party will agree about the primary source that state that I am not pay attention in class. This is because they know me a lot and they can see whether I am pay attention or not in the class. The secondary source of the conflict is Mrs. Wong scold me so badly. It had cause me up sad.

3.2 Approached the Conflict

3.2.1 Avoiding

For me, I have several choices about how to respond and each of the choices will have different result. One of the approaches is avoiding. Avoiding means to avoid conflict wherever possible and withdraw when confronted. There are two type of avoiding which are physical and psychological. I can faced the conflict with John by refuse to take the phone calls by John or stay barricaded in the office that’s means she is avoiding conflict physically. In psychologically, Iam denying that a problem exists or that it is serious or repressing emotional reactions. There will be some advantages and disadvantages of it. The advantage is preventing a confrontation. When speaking out for your rights will be hopeless, keep silence will be a wise option. For those who are avoiding conflict, he or she might accept constant schedule delays or poor-quality work from a supplier. Other than that, avoiding conflict will make you lose self-respect, you will become frustrated and the problem will only get worse.

3.2.2 Accommodating

The other choice for I am accommodating. This will be maintaining harmony with John. Although it sounds good but when I practice accommodating, it is equivalent to appeasement and sacrificing her principles. It can be practice when harmony and stability are more important than the subject at hand as putting harmony above dealing with important issues but if I am clearly wrong, then giving up my original position can be a sign of strength instead of weakness

3.2.3 Competing

The third way I can choose for is competing. It is exactly the opposite way of accommodating. To reach my goal, she should overcome John by competing. I will simply disregard John’s concern and turn a deaf ear for John’s request. I should thinking of whether competitive attitude is necessary or not because as the win-win negotiating shows it is possible for both of them who in a conflict to reach their goals.

3.2.4 Collaborating

The fourth will be collaborating. I will work with John to solve the conflict. If John isn’t disposed to work with me, then I may be setting myself up for exploitation by communicating openly and offering to work cooperatively. When I practice collaborating, the issue at hand can be solves and the relationship between me and John can be solve too but it will take time.

3.2.5 Compromising

The last will be compromising. John and i should sacrifice something they seek to gain an agreement. Compromising is a cooperative, recognizing that John and I must agree to resolve the conflict. John and I will act in their self-interest to get the best possible deal.

3.3 Conclusion

Conflict is part of every job so has the knowledge of managing conflict is important in daily life. Definition of conflict is a disagreement through which the parties involved perceive a threat to their needs, interests or concerns. There are many factors can cause conflict which are the topic at hand, the process, relational issues and ego or identity issues. When there is a situation which same like me, John and Mrs. Wong involve in, some approaches are needed. Each approaches will has a different results. Those approaches are avoiding, accommodating, competing, collaborating and compromising.

Personal qualities are personal characteristics of an individual. They are what make up one's personality. They help a person get along in a new situation. Personal quality is very important as a business woman. Such as: confidence, innovative, passion, assertive, willingness to learn and so on.Conflict is part of every job so has the knowledge of managing conflict is important in daily life. Definition of conflict is a disagreement through which the parties involved perceive a threat to their needs, interests or concerns. There are many factors can cause conflict which are the topic at hand, the process, relational issues and ego or identity issues.Each approaches will has a different results. Those approaches are avoiding, accommodating, competing, collaborating and compromising.
