Office -it is a place in which business, clerical and professional activities takes place. Management executive ability to handle a business. Hence, office management is the administrative handling, controlling and maintaining a balance process of work inside the office of an organization whether big or small company/business, which is necessary to achieve the best service it can provide to the people who will receive a great benefit.

The office manager is the personal working in an office. The functions of office manager are The Office Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the company. With fast technological development, there is mechanization in office operations resulting in increase of efficiency.

As a manager should be control all the stuff using the stationary avoid waste it and throw into the rubbish bin. In mail room, letters can be opened, sealed, folded, franked, weighed and addressed automatically with the help of mailing machines. Messages can be sent from one place to another within no time within no time through teleprompter, fax and telephone.

Then, manager guard all the staff doing work is good and cannot doing same mistake again. . In future, this system can teach our next generation. Because office management also including our working and living life. After that, as a manager should be training their staff become the successful person.

When decided the office location, we should consider the business should be near roadside, station and bus stop or the office can be close to any major motorways. And office should be located at a place where customers can easily commute. The office should need a place that has parking, room for Lories to load and unload inventory.

Office should be located in a place where postal and banking facilities are available. If don’t have banking facilities, it becomes difficult to carry on business.

Safety and Climate

Office should be located at a place which is quite safe, means that the place should not be any fear of theft. In addition, the climate of that place must be healthy. It is desirable that the office should be located at a place which is free from dirt, smoke and noise. The first thing must consider is the space for car park to employees and your site is a place that can access for goods delivery. Then the place that must choose an urban location, because it can easy to contact with other offices and recreational facilities. If your office is a place that can’t give convenience to the employees, that will cause people give a bad image to your company. That is the reason that must choose a place can convenience all people.

Diagram 1.0 is my office layout plan. This layout plan is very comfortable and the space is big. Other than that, this plans also easy my staffs in walking or taking things. They don’t have to squeeze along the corridor. These plans also have certain safety place for emergency such as exit door. Furthermore, this plan can place more office equipment and office machine.
