"You-well International Kids English Agency"( also named :Pumpkin English) is a type of education constitution which is exclusively for kids whose ages are between 3 to 12 years old to learn English in China. Started in 2009, the first agency located at Chongqing province, China. You-well’s expansion was quick, by the end of 2013, there are thirteen institutions established in mainland of China. You-well International education adhere the teaching ideas of "Language shapes the minds, our minds changes the future" and "Let Chinese children learn English more fun and more efficiency". Our operating system aims to develop language thinking as the guidance, suitable for different levels, different needs for children. Therefore, information system plays key role to our company’s operation. In order to improve working efficiency of employees and provide better studying services to children, the company discided to use implication of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to information system and its influence to the company.ERP is a type of information planning system described as: "computer-based system designed to process the transactions of an organization and facilitate integrated and real-time planning, production, and customer response" (Payam Hanafizadeh, Ahad Zare Ravasan). The system were designed to address the problem of fragmentation as they integrate and streamline internal process by providing a suite of software module that cover all functional areas of business (Payam Hanafizadeh, Ahad Zare Ravasan). For that reason, the ERP system should be implemented in all divisions of You-well education agency so that the company has better business management efficiency.

As an education department (EDU) supervisor in You-well before, I really could recognize the benefits that ERP brought to each department of company. Thus I will explain the details implication of ERP to company. There are divided by three parts below.

2.1 How the ERP implication to company.

On the other hand, clients also can use their own You-well account numbers to check how many classes did they used, and how many classes rest. Both of clients and employee will realize own benefits.Thus, we can summarize to four important points:firstly.cost accounting should be more accurate fine。 two, risk prevention should be more effective 。three, budget management should be more comprehensive 。four, fund management should be more strict five, financial analysis should be more timely

On EDU aspect, ERP can be the best tool to teachers. Teachers can record the class situation of students. In ERP, teachers can record what did they learn today, what the homework were, what were students’ performance today, both weakness and advantages could be record into ERP, so that parents could use their own account number to log on "Hi5 parents platform" which is a website for parents to check their kids’ performance. Not only this will monitor wether if the instructor have been responsible for his/her lectures, it is also convenient for parents to follow up with students progress in class .

2.2 Why does the company use ERP

Strategic needs perfect organizational structure to ensure implementation. Organization structure is the enterprise organization meaning and organization mechanism for survival foundation, it is a form of business organization. The enterprise is the target task decomposition to position, again for integrated to the department.

ERP system can classify all departure of the company. Generally can be divided to Human resource departure, EDU departure, President departure, Financial departure, Marketing departure, and Selling departure and so on. What’s more,this kind of measure not only used for local company, but also all of the branches can be used so that form a kind of the competitiveness between agencies and form learning ability. Further more, it can enable managers easily to analysis the existing problem and relevant strategies.

So, in the strategy implementation process, should be formulated and strategic thinking the same system, to prevent the system does not form a complete set, not harmonious, especially avoid deviation strategy system reflect. For instance, as evaluation system of ERP, the company could regard as an important means of rewards and punishment system. As described in strategy part, teachers have to record students’ daily learning outcomes and their performance, at the same time, teachers can give some good advice to parents. Teachers have to work in creatively and responsibility. And their positions and salary will naturally be changed with their performance. Even though they are just teachers, if their outcomes are outstanding, they might be got a chance to promotion to be EDU supervisor ; if they can undertake both aspects of teaching and management, they will get higher chance to promote to be president’s assistant. By this token, The system greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the staff innovation, promote the business development..

After the implementation of the ERP system will completely change the functional management way of working and key, beyond the past routine, repetitive work, have more energy into management. With the financial work as an example, on the surface, the introduction of ERP will make many accounting personnel in "doing nothing" crisis. But from a deeper look, the introduction of ERP is essentially the connotation of the accounting work of the new development, is the center of gravity of the accounting work transfer, that is, from past to digital measurement and record, steering of information processing, and processing, deep processing.

ERP also has a far-reaching influence to leadership.Each department employee performance will be displayed in the ERP. That is benefit to managers or leaders to value the employee's work efficiency.On the other hand, employees or team members tend to be competitive or cooperative.ERP is a Public platform。 Employees can see their work efficiency, at the same time also can know the gap between the yourself with others. Thus, ERP is a type of the tool to supervise employees for leaders, and enable leaders to loosen their working pressure. Different from the traditional businesses in which strict adherence to the upper management and procedures was expected from the lower-rank employees, the recent businesses have been more open, innovative and friendly with fewer hierarchies and a smaller chain of command.(Craeser,2010)

1.1 The incorrect bad pie chart

While, this pie chart is a bad example to use, due to that is hard to read for user and humans can’t easily compare the relative sizes of each slice of the pie

Firstly, there are no units labeled to convey so that let readers hardly to know what this pie chart is going to explain.

Secondly ,3-D pie chart is much more worse than 2-D chart. It is more difficult for the eye to discern the relative size of pie slices than it is to assess relative bar length. With a the pies, without looking at the numbers it is difficult to figure out which unit is highest which is middle one and which one is lowest .

Thirdly, the pie segments is not clearly. For instance. Look at the highest pink one which showed the number at 182.10,3%, and look at the light green pie segment which showed the number was 511.20,8%. Actually, the green one is nearly 3 times than highest one. But there is hardly to see from this chart.

2.Example of bad line chart.

2.1 The following line chart illustrated information about real estate,consumer,lease, and commercial from 1990-2000 through using four lines. But as a reader interviewing this chart, there are a lot confusing problem existing.

Firstly, there is no title on this chart. That will leads to misunderstanding to reader. We don not know what is this chart talking about.

Secondly, there are only numbers labeled on the vertical axis without the units.

Thirdly, as years showed on the chart from 1990-2000 were lack of standardization.Because overall we can see the chart, the years were showed one by one.But the 1991 and 1992 were missing. The all of the data should be presented standard.
