Buying /Acquiring a building for sales/training centre

First milestone of this project is to buy a building for my IT sales/training centre. It took us about two weeks to search for affordable premises

Buying Training Centre Equipment

My centre will not only be involved with computer sales but also raining for the staff that we have. This is an internal milestone and took about 12 days to buy and install these equipments.

Hire equipment

Options for hire of some equipment are necessary. Some equipment might be expensive to buy but easier to hire. In other cases it would be ideal to hire some equipment that would not be enquired for the long-term. 8 days were assigned to this milestone

Hire Buildings

For extra space instead of buying the building It is ideal to find allocations for hire. This could also be used for storage. 10 days were used for this milestone

Registration with government bodies

The organisation needs to register with government bodies to improve quality both for the training and sales sector. 7days were used in this milestone

Staff Hire

Hiring of staff was grouped in two stages. Those that were fully qualified and those that required training in the sales sector. 14 days were used for this milestone.

ISO Certificates

The company has to be registered with international standards. 20 days were used for this milestone

BSI Certificates

It is essential to get British standards for my IT sales and training centre. 20 days were used for this milestone

Opening

Opening is very important as it can automatically lead to good performance. Our vision is of "hit the ground running" when all the aspects are met timing will be very important. 5days will be used in this milestone

Critical path

Purpose:

the Facilities Manager or the EBME Manager has the responsibility to conduct regular Management Review Meetings. It is the obligation of the Quality Assurance Manager to safeguard that this procedure is carried out.

Objectives of mangement review meetings

The objectives of the Management Review are:-

To institute that the Quality Assurance system is accomplished and followed the anticipated aftermath, conforming to the standard, and working in accordance alongside the instituted operating Procedures.

To expose irregularities or defects in the System, recognize flaws and create recommendations for continual improvement.

To study the effectiveness of preceding corrective actions encompassing those connected to subcontractor and supplier presentation.

Review of the adequacy and suitability of the Quality Assurance System to be used for current and future operations.

Review each complaints consented, recognize the cause and advice corrective actions if needed including client feedback.
