It is also about the study, understanding, planning, design, constructing, testing, distribution, support, and operation of software, computers, and also computer related system that exist for the purpose of collecting and storing data, information, and knowledge processing. This information technology is being used by the companies or organization since it has been introduce in this world whereby it can be a big help for the companies in order to for them run their business and achieves successfulness for their aim or company objectives. Besides, IT also can create many job opportunities for the job seekers such as computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, web development, technical support, and many other related occupations that can be occupied by many people. The better used of these key, the better decision can be made the company can choose and getting the result that need to be achieve. Through the information technology, it can help the business to achieve the business more easy and successful.(Tracy, 2009)

First is the key purpose which many business has wrongly think that their business purpose is to earn profit. The right is that the business purpose is to create and keep their customers so from that they can maintain their profit and generate it from time to time as their customers had increase. The business need to spend about 50% of their time and effort in focusing on how to get their potential customers to become their loyal customers and identify what are their customers’ needs and wants and try to fulfill it so that they can keep the customers and increase their loyalty so that they do not turn to the competitors. Through the information technology, it can help the business to identify the needs and wants of the customers such as by reviewing the information left by the customers on their website.
