On the question given to UOG student, all 10 respondents agree that a decision making skills is needed in an organization and daily life.

Decision maker need to identify and do research before making-decision and based on the questionnaire there are 7 respondents agree because it is important in order to make a wise and good decision in future.

Respect others opinion which mean being open-minded and based on the questionnaire, there are 8 respondents agree that management does not allowed staff to interrupt in their decision making.

During or after decision been made, we cannot avoid of risk or conflict among employees.

Ethical issue, since decision usually made by a person, conflict will happen during the process.

The process effect their feeling since their opinion been not considered.

In this article is a conflict management strategy in communication between traditional strategy process and also with the results of the comprehension strategies integrity. The strategy is based on comprehension of the decision-making process and there are two concept of strategy included in the communication management research which is the concept of strategy in management research and the concept of strategy in the literature on communication management. Before made decision, need to reconsider all the effect to overcome conflicts or misunderstandings on the issue or management level. A good decision-making can observed and make strategy beyond the specific situation. For example, focusing to the management of corporate, strategy been set by the chief of management and executing the strategy by employees. Overall, management communication strategies need to take into account the content and at the same time development strategy

In this article discusses the development of a model approach to making decisions about ethical issues within an organization. In decision making criteria, there are two categories which is Dualistic "black or White" and Multiple "Black, Shades of Grey, White". In Dualistic approach is Narcissistic (Self) and legalistic (Others). Meanwhile in Multiple is approach to confident and anxious (worried). Confident can be considered as entrepreneurial (self) and Navigation (others). Individual may have one or two modes or decision maker that can be associated with differences in organization roles. Increased awareness of ethical issues can lead to an increased perception of uncertainty and risk. Decision maker required skills in order to manage their ability address the ethical issue and optimized the procedure. Although many day-to-day decisions still is one of the main process in an organization and daily life but the most important skill needed, especially for senior managers.

In this article discussed about the decision-making research effort and issue arise on decision making in past or future. Decision making research approaches varied from qualitative to quantitative approaches. There are some suggestions for moving forward the results. The potential suggestions are decision making theory, action theory and frames for action theory investigation. Theory can help decision maker to make wise decision and to success as well. Make decisions that have been considered as a structure or a process but rarely both due to decision making also can affect’s on others. It is important to research before made decision because the impact of decision can affect life and rise conflicts among employee and employer. One wrong decision can be bad outcome which result the losses or ruin someone life and a good decision can bring happiness.

Design question is to identify the measures that are commonly used in evaluating the effectiveness of decision-making in an organization. Furthermore, it describes approaches that element will be used in evaluating the effectiveness and understand the importance of measuring the making to achieve the results of the organization's strategic business objectives.

My research topic is a case study of the effectiveness of decision making in on organization. It is an inductive approach because it is more specific observations to a wider public and theory. This is often called up to the approach. In inductive reasoning, begin with observation and specific measures begin to detect patterns and habits, formulate some tentative hypotheses that we can explore, and finally end up developing some general conclusions or theories. The data collected is relevant and related to the elements of the approach and ways to measure the effectiveness of decision-making skills and processes within an organization.

Research strategy will be used is an exploratory study. For choosing exploratory research strategy that helps to identify the changing approach adopted should be measured in the study area. In addition, it helps to understand the importance of measuring and making a contribution to achieving the organization's strategic business goals results.

Researcher’s qualitative research approaches to gathering, analysing and interpreting data by observing what people do and say. Qualitative research refers to the meanings, concepts, definitions, characteristics, metaphors, symbols, and descriptions of the matter.

This research was approached for data collection method comprising the data collection hypothesis. The main data sources are 25 questions in the trial of a group of my classmates and the focus and primary data will be for research, journals, reference books and Internet resources. This is to evaluate the effectiveness of the decision-making process in an organization and understand the use of skills in organizational decision-making. The questionnaire included demographic profile, 5 five-point Likert scale and open-ended questions. The aim is to measure the effectiveness of making towards the goal and mission of the organization results.

According to Schulman (2002) defines moral behaviour as "acts intended to produce kind and/or fair outcomes (p. 500)." The ethical issues need to be considered during conduct the research is the use of codes, regulations, guidelines and systems that attempt to identify the behaviour or unethical means in them certain. Codes are designed and promulgated culture or system of ethical behaviour generally provides a list of what things to do and not do. They range from the very general, such as the Ten Commandments, for professional or organization, such as the law code of ethics or code of conduct. Most of these rules are intended to establish justice and equality, respect for others, and non-discriminatory system. They also serve to balance the power and protect the weak.
