Following terms are applied at this appointment.

BASIC SALARY

Salary will be start from 900 OMR/month.150 shares from company will be rewarded in case of extra benefits.

ALLOWANCES

You are entitled to 100 OMR as a Housing allowance and 45 OMR as a Mobile and Electricity allowance.

PROBATION

You shall be on probation for a period of Three Months from the date you join duties. This agreement can be terminated by either party during the said probation period by serving Seven days notice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You shall devote full time attention and give your best endeavors to the performance of your duties and shall not, during the term of this agreement,

You undertake:

i. To respect lslamic religion, the laws of the country, its customs and social traditions.

iii. To abide by the terms and conditions of work as provided by us.

WORKING HOURS

Saturday to Wednesday: 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Lunch time: 1.00 pm to 2.00 p.m.

Duty timing will be changed during any emergency.

ANNUAL LEAVE/HOLIDAYS

You are entitled to paid leave of 30 days on completion of 12 months of continuous service in the company as per company policy. The timing of such leave shall be at the discretion of the management, keeping in view the exigencies of work. Before proceeding on leave, you agree to handover your duties to the satisfaction of the company. The leave entitled as above may be split in view of the exigencies of work.

MEDICAL / SURGICAL

We agree to provide Medical Insurance coverage for you and your family with treatment facilities in the Sultanate of Oman except for Dental, Eye glasses, Obstetrics and pre-existing and chronic conditions with exclusions as per the Insurance Policy conditions.

RULES, REGULATIONS & CONFIDENTIALITY

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Sultanate of Oman and the courts in Oman have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes that may arise in connection with this agreement to the exclusion of all other.

You shall maintain the confidentiality of the information circulated in the Company during your term of employment except as provided by the Law.

TERMINATION

Should you violate any of the provisions of these conditions or should you fail to perform the duties called for herein, this agreement shall be terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of Oman.

If you are happy with the above mentioned conditions, Please let us know about what you decide to do work with us or not with in 2 months from date of this latter.

If we do not hear from you by the stipulated date, we will consider that you have declined to accept this offer.
