After implementing the high priorities aspects, it is required to consider the low priorities which are listed as follows:

1. Organizations should be able to create special informing events by which employees can be notified with the information, its importance and consequences.

2. Time to time trainings is required for employees, particularly for IT and security administrators, who have to know more about the information and its importance...

Training could be required for teaching the organization users on maintaining security strategies, security policies, how to analyze systems and how to tackle more approaches related to security.

3. Valuation of the practice executed in the security area of the organization.

Administrators, developers, testers are responsible for managing and protective data and information in any kind of attack or situations. It can be easier to secure information by providing proper feedback with more knowledge.

This study has provided the confirmation for the possibilities of major security problems in small and medium organizations. It has also provided the corresponding guidance for implementing basic and counter measures. Organizations which are all not implementing proper security system may experience more security related problems which can affect the organizations vulnerably.

Even though IT security policy has considered as a basic IT security tool, still SMEs are lagging behind in that. By the surveys, it has found that some SMEs are not even having any IT security policies. Determining factors such as an SME’s time period in operation and how long computers have been used in its operation are used to know about the following aspects: how employees are sensitized about acceptable and unacceptable usage of information systems, how widely acceptable information security policies are, and how effectively SMEs provide adequate and appropriate security training. Based on the experience of SMEs, the adoption of security policies could vary. The younger an SME is the less it adopts with security policies. Employees of these SMEs would never be concerned about information security issues because they are all less trained with information security.SMEs are more reliant with IT infrastructure but they are lagging behind to secure properly because of poor knowledge and training. It can be possible for SMEs to aware about IT security issues by proper education and training.

Conclusion

This study has provided imminent ideas about information security in small and medium level organizations. Various investigations were conducted for this research to get knowledge in the aspects such as information security threats, actual incidents, countermeasures, and information security budgets. A qualitative and case based research methodology was used in this research. It has found though the study that there are certain challenges to implement some security measures with the amount of effort associating with the level of dependence of the business on IT. Limited budgets and employees are the major concerning elements for small and medium level organizations when attempting to improve Information system security.

An effort can be made to prevent loss of information by

• Assessing the value of stolen IT resources,

• Worth of leaked information and

• Making a confirmation regarding whether the competitors have used this information to cause harm to the organization that lost the information.

It is possible to assess the seriousness of the problem by having an investigation and checking the value of the money lost via financial fraud. Additionally, investigate organizations in other sectors and conduct a survey on the problems they face. Also make a note of the measures that are being used.

There are other process in SME which is considered in various Organization where there are no proper approach in addressing the issue of informal and labor intensive and create a better trading activities and disorganized and provide a better low level of capacity management and provide a better technical knowhow for legal and regulatory and policies and accounting practices. The SME process can further address the multitude of problem which will be solved through a better intrinsic and far more act as a better environmental approach and can create a better infrastructure medium among various key roads and water and access to finance and create a better large external Process. There are other process which will further dependent on the developing a better approach appreciative role of SME and create a better soul growth of economic growth and further deliver things which are meaning and further deliver better employment generation concept and further alleviate a process of developing a better semi rural urban Migration. There are further problems which will contribute in developing a better performance and include access to long term capital and create a better cost for short term and further deliver dearth of managerial skills and deliver things as per intra sect oral approach and overcoming difficulties of SME’s. There are further difficulties which will further address issue of key demand and product arising for low and dwindling and consumer purchase power and incidence and have a multiplicity of policy and create a high resulted cost based on the inadequate and develop a better educational and technical approach in creating a better SME promotion. There are various results which are partly support based on the above questionnaire analysis and further provide a better approach. There are other results which suggest and create better factors like developing measurement and use of IT and SME’s. The result forwarded is more consistent and create a better Use of IT based on the SME requirement.

The results are consistent based on the initial performance measurement does through a better strategic approach in IT based firm. There are other contrary reason where in the author like Mahmood and soon have shown that new entrants to these barriers can affect measurement of these strategic IT approach, there are further studies which make up a better expectation and performance of data. There are other clear high range of difference in delivering better performance data and provide output based on the performance scales of SME’s and need to improve and generate a better approach.

The study has larger implication such as the research and practice are further need to be done based on the strategic performance measurement. In an IT based firm SME’s need to study and measure the approach of incorporating various variables which further cover and delivering things based on the measurement of key variables and model. There are further studies which help in creating and delivering a better model using a better analysis of Organizational performance statistic. The researcher mainly utilizes and explores things which help in addressing variable based on the measurement of strategic IT variable. The variable discusses would further assist in making a potential impact and deliver a better competitive advantage. The Results of this approach on IT for an SME can be further strategies and can deliver things through much needed attention using strategic aspects. The SME’s are more competitive and can further address and deliver things to educate to make a business impact using Best IT strategy. Education Institutors needs to prepare and deliver more knowledge based on impact of IT based strategy.
