Introduction:

The world is now at its peak regarding technological advancement; every organization is utilizing innovative business models in order to have a leading space in the current market. Off course, it is extremely complex to have innovative ideas because a lot of research and constant efforts is required to have it. Even there are cases that organization put constant efforts and hard work but the end result is declining. So, besides struggle and efforts, one should have knowledge regarding current business environment and trade industry.

From the last several decades, most of the projects failed due to situational circumstances whereas some projects proved to be victorious. The foremost reason for the fruitless projects was their haphazard vision and random directions; they were not specified about their products and service enough to achieve success that is why, it is necessary to follow proper innovation steps to have a successful outcome.

Speaking about the criteria elaborated here, then it is demanded to construct strategies for innovative business proposal. Actually every business model has to follow five steps in order to have a successful outcome. These steps are the foundation to develop any change in the organization.

Before development of business strategies, one must have a clear idea about the five steps to follow. The very first step is to analyze the situation that is market analysis, or analysis of organization that is capability to bring a change, are employees ready, once done with that, and then identify what actually the problem is and how to predict the opportunistic environment (Gayle, 2003). Sort out all the opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths, thus the step relate to determine sensitivity analysis of an organization.

After analysis, the main stage appears where creativity is demanded. One has to propose the idea that is planned. Propose an inspiration portfolio that includes astonishing ways by which one can enhance business model. Ideas can come from many different places both within and outside of your company (Thirty, 2010). First of all, apply it on temporary basis, if change is accepted then it is confirmed, implement it, but if people find it difficult then either introduce alternative measures or impose change.

Implement the new model after evaluating it deeply; it is important step because it requires a lot of cost and expenditures. That is to test your ideas within a limited scope to determine whether customers like the innovative portion, are they willing to accept and pay for it and how much they are willing to pay (Thirty, 2010). Finally, validation and refinement, that is to spread the idea on commercial basis; spread the words from organization to organization and if the model is about new products then commercialize it.

Speaking about the application of business strategy by utilizing the five steps then the idea is to implement ‘Network Operating System’ to enhance the efficiency of organization. An appropriate network operating system is necessary in order to run an organization in a prosperous manner, thus network operating system is suggested to increase the amount of servers and to have an influential contact with the employees (Gayle, 2003).

These servers are utilized to share knowledge and information, to transfer files and to discuss projects in an inexpensive manner. They plan is to use VPN access that is responsible to maximize effectiveness, thus it will make employees enable to work tenuously.

Following the very first step that is assessment of the situation. Organization is in need to have an efficient contact because lack of communication medium has weakens the work level. So, there is a need to identify efficient network systems. Secondly, check out the compatibility level between employees and the system.

There are several efficient systems to be suggested that includes, Novell Netware NOS, but some alternatives include AppleShare, Linux, UNIX and Windows. Out of all these, Windows are much convenient and easy to use; it is being used by more than half of the world at professional or personal level (Lowe, 2012). If employees want an easy system then they should go for Windows.

Other two are UNIX and Linux, they are complex and required research as well, but they are good for the organizational purpose because they directs each and everything to the administrator completely and they exclusively write documents to keep the network running efficiently. It promises to bring communication in a better way.

Secondly, organization should be aware of their resources, threats and opportunities. For network operating system, there is an opportunity of LAN systems, the software developers and the training department, the threats are competent level of externalities (Henry, 2012). A network operating system is generally used with local area networks and wide area networks, but could also have significance to superior network systems like Linux, if used in this organization can support directory and supplies, it can provide clarity to communication and internetworking that is done through routing and assists in approval, control and printing abilities. UNIX is an accepted multi-user, multi-tasking operating system developed as a smaller system for programmers (Mitchell, 2012).

The most complicated thing is to bring change in the organization; employees are use too of performing the conventional tasks now any change will make them confused and puzzled, may be they will not be able to deliver the brilliant performance or they resign due to their inabilities.

Due to such conditions, organization has to train and direct employees at every level. For example, in case of servers, hire an instructor to instruct employees about servers, its types, and methodologies and work procedures (Mitchell, 2012). After this, involve them or make them participate in the implantation phase because the more they will get involved, more they will gain expertise. Direct them in every activity, from signaling, to VAN, routing, devices and transmission of files.

Be creative in every aspect, whether related to product or related to employee.
