A business sponsor has to take the following responsibilities

Brenda Jones might be a business sponsor because he is a budget holder of the project. She can ensure the business view of the project. Moreover, she has also been a budge holder for many other projects carried out by DSDM Atern team, so she has enough experience to handle the project as a business sponsor.

Business Visionary

A business visionary has to take the following responsibilities

Possession of business vision

Translation of the business vision into key requirements, design and review sessions

Excellent awareness of changes

Ability to ensure that the solution can provide the business benefits

Julie Foster is a general all-rounder in the business and so can contributes the business vision and strategy to develop. Because of her many-year experience of most roles related to making chutney, she also has an excellent awareness of business changes. She can also be able to make certain that the solution can provide the business benefits. She can interpret the business vision into project requirements. Therefore, she might perform as a Business Visionary in the project.

Business Ambassador

A business ambassador has to take the following responsibilities

Ability to provide business scenarios to help design and test the solution

Acquaintance of relevant business area goals and project policy

Finer detail view of how the system should function to support the business

Ability to spread the business knowledge into key requirements of the project

Skill to derive the system design and include in design decision

Elizabeth Reede is known as a problem solver because she has high level awareness in many areas such as sales, marketing, deliveries, discounting and other operational areas in SSM Chutney. . As she also has to handle the day to day running of the business and she has detailed business information on any matter. Therefore, she might be responsible as a Business Ambassador.

Business Advisors

A business advisor has to take the following responsibilities

Possession of wider practical knowledge of the business process

Ability to provide specific and specialist input to requirements detail, development and testing

Sometimes, the intended users of the solution

Gareth Page might be a business advisor because he can provide day to day knowledge of the dispatching orders. He is also one of the end user of the solution.

Sophie Anderson might also be one of the business advisors because she has to handle the discounting on large orders. So, she also has enough practical knowledge of the business process. In the other way, she is also one of the intended end users of the developed system.
