For this individual assignment I have chosen IT is a key to business success where as we know that IT it`s refer to the term of the Information Technology where it can be defined as the broad term that IT includes office automation, multimedia and telecommunication. By referring to businessdictionary.com IT is a set of tools, processes and methodologies (such as coding/programming, data communication, data conversion, storage and retrieval, system analysis and design, system control) and associated equipment [1] .

Therefore in order the business to gain success thru Information Technology they have to be fully understand about how the Information Technology works where it`s can offers great insight to be able to use the Information Technology to achieve the business mission and vision. Actually Information Technology can be found in the business in many ways where it`s integrated with the daily business routine for example such as customer relation management, supply chain management and business intelligence.

Nowadays people are adopting to the constant changing in technology where we called the technology era so it`s prior to businesses to adapt with this changing. In the complex business environment new opportunities regularly emerge which this is the challenge for the businesses to be able to respond. These new opportunities is the answer on how IT can be the key which the enabler to business success where by applying the information technology with business where it enable or unlock a lot of new opportunities and also can help to achieve the business vision and mission towards success.

But there still some of the business weren’t to be able to adapt the idea of adopting the information technology it can became the key towards the business success because they still believe that by using the information technology they had to make some investment on it therefore they try not to.
