Black Gull Books is a high street company which supplies school books and office stationary to a number of state schools in London. The management have decided to computerise their simple orders system. Black Gull Books is seeking my professional advice to provide a presentation that will increase the company current company orders from 5 to 10 atleast using a DSDM Platform in a JAD Workshop. I will fully analyze the teams, what it will take to complete in shortest time frame, and how to accomodate this successfully. My first thing to discuss is the Stakeholders, Discuss the rich picture using graphs and explanation how this can improve and explain what DSDM and the JAD Workshop is and its role into this system.

Section 2: Identify the Stakeholders

To maximize the value of stakeholders, Black Gull Books need to provide clear indications that include the performance of the company based on the company to which stakeholders' needs are satisfied. Providing a balanced scorecard I think would be good idea for good example. It measures the performance of the company in question and looks at the company from the perspectives of internal and external customers, employees and shareholders. On a balanced scorecard revenue growth or customer satisfaction could be included to maximize the customers, employees and shareholders trust into the company progress. This presentation

should explain what this project can do to increase stock share and get Black Gull Books to sell books on many level platforms to get most orders at one time versus way it was prior. Within the DSDM format the team needs to sit down and discuss a method in which to keep loyal customers to keep buying as e-book sale providers are all over the net. With the add into online sales it will more than add to profit by a quarter amount at beginning and grow through time and advertising which in my belief will open up eyes to consumers, stakeholders, and people wanting to invest his/her time into a brand for long-term returns.

Section 3: Rich Picture

As you can see in this picture you see a diagram on how the DSDM works and how the variables connect to eachother to complete one goal and that is to increase orders. Time and Functionality will be the biggest asset as long the staff work together will tell if this project will work or not. You cannot work into DSDM with these implications without a role manager for each task making sure everybody does their duties.

As you see above this is the beginning stages where you organize the prototype, put together the role players to complete it, and decide how much of time frame to provide Black Gull Books on time it will take for completion. Usually once you agree on the prototype and the time frame it has to go through "user approval" to decide rather this will long term help the Book Store. Once everything is agreed upon and presentation presented next step is to complete prototype and train users how to use so the company can perform orders at maximum pace it needs. This User Picture Diagram shows you how I am setting up.

In this stage, the product is being designed and developed. In each stage a design model is made of the area being developed, and then that area is coded and reviewed. After review if it is accepted involves training the employees and making sure the development did not have any coding mishaps. Upon review and agreement the full prototype is released for use so that Black Gull Books can increase their orders and improve the complaint reports daily.

In the last phase, the product is wrapped up, documentation is written, and a review document is drawn up, comparing the requirements with their fulfillments in the product. The users are trained in how to use the system, and the users give approval to the system.
