Abstract

This paper discuss about the primary cause Information managements and Information technology projects. It also gives the detail about the content of information failure and how to overcome the failure in future. This paper examines the most effective way that project metrics and portfolio management and information management used way of project metrics and portfolio. This paper also gives the detail about the government intervention to the healthcare business. This paper concludes with the way in which government support the Healthcare policies and Healthcare insurance.

Primary causes of Information Management

The main reason of information project failure is because of lack of resources and wrong scheduling of the programs. Some of the failure occurs due to people doesn’t know about the new technologies. Project failures occur, when we didn’t get the expected results and also the results doesn’t match the customer requirements. Finance is a major problem to delay their projects, due to lack of finances the project gets loss, poor quality of materials and management doesn’t focus on the team work. Because of less communication between the employees and the management, it causes low job satisfaction and delivers out of program schedules. Cost constraint also an important one because if the cost was out of budget then the projects not reach the result.

Due to the thought of bad opinion of the people and media are the main reasons for the failure of project plans. The project communication was not completely reaches the Employers. Due to improper, unclear documentation, poor risk management and unexpected things happening related to the information projects. Another important reason is that, the project team was not completely trained about their projects in detail. This case detail contributed into the educational services also, (Thomas J. Falen, Aaron Liberman, 2009).

The major reason to avoid the project failure is that, time management and good team work. Team work is a fact to solve the organization failure and employers keeps good relationship with the management. Team work will helps to learn the project details and complete the project at perfect time schedule. The major things are when the management starts the project then, they must plan about the project and also the requirements have to be described in detail. The requirements should be clearly mentioned in their documentation and the documentation should follow by every department clearly. The project must be defined in perfect time schedule as well as the project should be clearly estimated. The customer requirement is a major factor for the successful project and the project must satisfy the customer requirements whole life cycle.

One of the key successes of the project is that, to determine the project quality and frequently note down the project value and the project never let it decrease. Due to maintenance of the quality of the products, it will fulfill the customer requirements. In order to reach the success, the perfect project planning as well as monitoring the project implementation process will help to get the good result. The management must analyze the customer feedback about the project.

Every project managers must take some sort of geometric measurement; it will help their project progress and project results. The metrics can used to determine the lot of area within the project. To achieve the project goal, make the matrices to the origination and employees should take it effectively. To follow the metrics by a management, they can able to solve the lot of problems in their project. In information management, engineer can ensure the right metrics in the right way. The organization should align the metrics then they can able to determine the key metrics across the area for the projects.

One major factor is that, everyone should make the metrics on their area and gets the project results. The manager has an important role in this because he needs to solve the project metrics effectively. The best metrics are related to the organization goal and helpful to make a better planning process for the management project. Metrics guidelines always focus on the management’s long term goal. The project measurement is major factor to achieve the organization goal. Metrics will helpful to improve the relationship between the management and employee and also they can able to take good communication with the customer. For healthcare business, government gives the freedom to do many projects. For example consider a healthcare insurance. The healthcare insurance not only for employee, it will consider the normal peoples to get the benefits. It will give the valuable cost in case of accident and valuable services. Healthcare business is growing business and it has a competition between the healthcare providers. Government gives the permission to give life time insurance policies even vehicles too. Government banks allow a healthcare financing and will helpful to develop the healthcare organization.

I agree with the statement that government intervention to the healthcare business because the innovation of healthcare has been greater and government gives an important to healthcare business. Day by day healthcare business is growing and healthcare provider gives good services to the people. If any new innovative products regarding healthcare, government give the financial support to the healthcare providers. Healthcare communities will provide the new services and products that will accepted by government. This case detail contributed into the educational services also, Rexford E.Santerre, Stephen P. For an example federal government give the support to healthcare products, education and training sectors and the government will allocated the funds for healthcare services. Government gives an important to healthcare researches, medical product approval and marketing healthcare products. Government funds are useful to the healthcare providers where private fund is inadequate. So the government forms the healthcare committees to monitor the healthcare service providers. Government supports the healthcare business as well as healthcare services.
