Information technology can be defined in any term which is "information technology is everywhere in business by understanding information technology provides great insight to anyone learning about business." (Baltzan, 2013, page 7). Regarding on the definition that Baltzan give, everywhere people can access to the technology and receive the right information because recently, technology growing up so faster and every day the information keep changing so, by learning and apply the information technology in the businesses can make them success.

As we know Amazon, Netflix and Zappos these companies they are not a technology company but they are success in their business by using the technology. They use online system to promote their product by selling through online. To be a successful business there have many way that can be done, even though the company did not use the technology they also can be success but however, recently, technology play the important role to the company or the organization to make sure that they can expand their business and become more successful. Information technology is one of the innovations that are appropriate in that can used from the traditional business and it will look more elegant and systematic. Technology work as backbone when doing the work, if you are keeping the data of the worker also that is one of the technologies that the company used. E-Bay also one of the company that use information technology in their business whereby they can connect all over the world. For another example, nowadays, there also have restaurant which is SYED BISTRO located at KUALA LUMPUR that use the information technology whereby the waiter use the phone to take order and the information about the order will delivered to the chef. So that will make the order process faster and customer will not waiting for a long time.

OBJECTIVE

How does the business or company use an information technology help their business and become successful? This is because of the right objective that they have been using to make sure that they can measure and manage their operation wisely. In the company or business they might have an objective as a guideline to make sure they can achieve target and gold. For the objective that using information technology in the business;

To improve the availability and integrity to the company whereby can manage the system wisely.

To design different pattern of information technology by giving a good service to the customer.

To manage the organization intelligently and protect the data of all the information safely following the policy.

Based on my study, in this world there has a lot of business that they are successful in their business when they using information technology and this are the key of their success. For instance, the company that success likes E-bay, Apple, Samsung, and many more they use the right information, to the right people and they become success. Moreover, the efficiency and effectiveness of the objective itself is the main key make this company well known and establish. The function of key performance indicators to measure that the business follows the right track and the process of using information technology is professional. Efficiency IT metric and effectiveness IT metric is important element in the information technology process to make sure that the system that have been used can perform well. Based on the research that have been made by Baltzan, he said that "efficiency IT effectiveness measure the performance of the IT system itself including throughput, speed and availability while effectiveness IT metrics measure the impact IT has on businesses process and activities". (Baltzan, 2013, page 38). When the individual set up the business, the first thing that they might think is not the profit but the customer, because from the customer they can generate the profit, so that the customer satisfaction is very important.

Usually customer more focus on the technology that is user friendly where they can easily access to the system and at the same time the system have a security so they will feel comfortable and secure. For example, AMWAY online shopping website has username and password where only member who want to buy the product can access into the system. AMWAY is the success business that uses information technology in their daily business.

Based on the statement that made by Lana Bandoim now a day, by using Smartphone now a day, people can easily access to the internet and share the information without any boundaries. Moreover, customer more interesting with the user friendly website that can give them right information regarding the business and when they access to the information, there will no error and they received the fast respond from the system and at the same time they will feel safety to used that system.

Communication and relation between customer also one of the key success by using information technology in the business where by the feedback that customer send at the comment space at the website or by sending email is very important whereby the business can improve from the drawback that they have and gain more customer. Typically at the website of the business must have contact where easy to the customer to ask regarding the product or anything related. On the other hand, to keep the good relation, by using the data information that have been send by customer, the manager of the business can identify the personal information like date of birth, so that to appreciate the customer, they can send greeting to say "Happy Birthday" to that customer so customer will feel cheerful.

1.4.1. The key success of the business actually depends on the objective, mission and the vision of the organization itself. There have four primary perspectives of the balanced scorecard that the businesses have to measure to make sure that the business can stay for a long time and become more successful. "Balanced Scored is management system in addition to a measurement system that enables organization to clarify their vision and strategy and translate into action."(Baltzan, 2013, page 43). Based on my study, to become successful, the entire department in the organization has to play the important role whereby when the data information of the customer received the system can key in the data appropriately and easy to refer and find the information if there have any side like shareholder want to saw the data.

1.4.2 All in all, by having information technology in the business, the operational and management of the company can be manage and measure the target and goal. Information technology can help administration department to record, keep, and protect the data of customer information. Beside the customer information, the company or business information also will be more methodical and safety so that nobody cannot access to the secret information without having a password or user id of the system.

1.4.3 using information technology in the business will give big impact to the company or businesses where people more alert toward the technology movement and they will know the information just in few second how fast the technology now a day that sometimes can make people extreme toward technology. Among the impact that can be identify such in term of the time management where more consistence and did not waste time, fast and the important did not make customer waiting for our service but we will service them and give the best.

1.5 CONCLUSION

From the overall study, the conclusion that can be made is technology development growing so fast at time to time the creator of the technology keep thinking what of the information technology that they want to create to make sure people have easy way to do their work. The key success of the company or businesses is on the vision and mission also objective but by adding the technology usage in the organization it will make the company expand and bigger than what they are having right now. For example, marketing department, they will use the technology to promote the product by using the website and easy to customer to view the product without need to going out.

Furthermore, to care of the customer, the company or business has to maintain the relationship with the customer and keep in touch with them because from the customer the businesses will get more profit. The company or businesses use information technology will get trusted from them because they will feel secure to use the system at the website and they have a high confident level to purchase the product from our website because of the security that offered at the website.

So, last but not least to be successful for the future, the business or company have to measure and manage the business efficiency and effectiveness because that is the true key to be booming.
