Beside, people are more comfortable using IT in purchasing their commodity. By using this Information Technology, any purchasing can be made by one click. They don’t have to go to the physical store but just wait and it will knock on their door.

Through IT, we also can search information about the place that we want to market our product. The information that we gather from information technology are not costly as manual survey. For example, we can search about place or country that we want to move in. beside we also can identified whereby our product are suitable or not to be in their market. Brochure, pamphlets and any others advertising medium are risky, why? When deliver the printed advertising to people, most of them will throw it in the trash can. Some time there also have people who avoid from sales person. By using IT as advertising medium; people are easily attractive to read when they are able to design it well.  Using Google, companies can specify the keywords that will drive certain customers to their ads. Beside when we open www.yahoo.com they has specified for shopping place. People also can view the product feature and how the product looks like.

Through it, a firm can maintain their relationship with the customer by sending an email for the new product or new promotion available. Unlike when we save the detail manually, at certain time they key in person will oversight about what they want to key in. There will cause the information cannot be deliver to the customer like purchasing online. Through (IT), a person who has used our service and certified with the service it is not impossible they will use our service again. That is how IT creates a long term customer relationship.
