uBid.com is an manage an online auction house and shopping website in which people and businesses buy and sell goods and services worldwide. uBid is currently the second largest online auction site by sales volume. It is founded in Chicago, Illinois, USA (1997). It is quartered in Itasca, Illinois, USA. The mission of uBid is to be as the most recognized and trust business -to- consumer marketplace through delivering exceptional values and services to their customers and suppliers[1]. In this report I will explain what is the transaction business for uBid? And what is the framework?

Business model:

uBid has built an online C2C model involves transaction between consumers. Here, a consumer sells directly to other consumers. Buyers and sellers are brought together in a manner where sellers are permitted to list items for sale, buyers to bid on items of interest and all uBid users to browse through listed items in a fully automated way. The items are arranged by topics, where each type of auction has its own category.

Framework of business model:

Their five frameworks of business model are people, public policy, marketing and advertisement, support service, and business partnerships.

People:

All people interested to auction online. Because it save effort of time and money by shopping to home. The seller can display special product and consumed by him or anyone.

Public policy:

uBid has a public policy that help to prevent false identities, comply with the law, and help ensure public safety, it don't allow used government identification cards, such as driver's licenses and passports. It only used your password when your register to uBid to access in the website uses the Services, electronically sign your transactions and can you review your completed transaction [2].
