Airtel Dhamaka Offers the service (hereinafter referred to as "Services") bring to you by Bharti Airtel Limited having its register office at Bharti Crescent, 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, Phase II, New Delhi – 110 070 (herein after referred to as "Airtel").

Services are valid only for customers who acquire a fresh postpaid relation (excluding the customers who have company paid connection) for the period of the sponsorship time i.e. 1st June’11 to 31st Aug’11

Customer should describe the elected no. i.e. 55255 after 48 hrs from the instance of activation of the SIM.

Customer can get benefit from the offer within 10 days from the activation of the SIM, after which the offer will get failed

Customer can get reward of any one service, out of the options completed available to him for just 10 paisa. After the ending of the unique offer period, the customer will be inspired at the normal rate.

If a customer is previously subscribed to a VAS service, then he/she will not be easy to get to that detailed service and he/she has to make a decision from other services obtainable.

Offer is applicable only for customers who obtain a fresh postpaid from 1st June’11 to 31st Aug’11. Offer can be introvert at any time. The details of the same will be notified through this existing website.

Please read carefully these terms and conditions (the "Terms") before availing the Services along with such notifications, guidelines and communications that Airtel may issue from time to time with position to the Services. These Terms and such notifications that shall become vital part of these Terms shall be necessary upon you and shall govern the provisioning of these Services and the usage thereof by you. By subscribing to the Services you hereby acknowledge that you are recognizable with these Terms and any changes or modifications which may happen from time to time.

During the term, you may store and use the in sequence for your own internal individual purposes and shall not in whatsoever manner reproduce, create or compose any plagiaristic information or content thereof.

Except as expressly stated, Airtel does not make any warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations, express or implied with respect to the services including (without limitation) that Airtel and seasoning digital does not warrant that the services will be provided without interruption or errors.

Quality, functionality, and/or availability of the Services, may be affected and Airtel, without any liability, whatsoever, is entitled to refuse, limit, suspend, vary or disconnect the Services, at any time, for any reasonable cause, including, but not limited, to the following:-

Any violation of applicable rules, regulations, orders, directions, notifications, conditions of License Agreement etc. issued by the Government/Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ("TRAI") etc;

during technical failure, modification, up-gradation, variation, relocation, repair and/or maintenance of the systems/equipment;

to combat potential fraud, sabotage, willful destruction, national security or for any other force majored reasons etc;

transmission limitation caused by topographical, geographical, atmospheric, hydrological and/or mechanical or electronic constraints/limitations and/or availability of suitable cellists;

interconnection failure between Airtel and other service provider/s);

Any other reason, which is found to be reasonable by Airtel warranting limiting/suspension/disconnection of Services.

Airtel may at its absolute discretion alter, withdraw, modify or make any change in the Services, including but not limited to the manner and the form in which the Services may be made available to You at any point of time. airtel further reserves its right to either modify, alter, include or withdraw any provision contained in these Terms.

Airtel will not be obliged to provide the Services otherwise than in compliance with applicable laws. Airtel shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures which shall include failure in the telephone line, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct updates due to technical snags before or during or after the completion of the Services. Further, Airtel shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s), which are beyond the reasonable control of Airtel.

You expressly agree that use of the services is at your sole risk and that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bharti Airtel limited, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Airtel makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided on or via the services and assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, omissions or inaccuracies of content or submissions, (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of the services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein, (iv) any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from or through the services.

Airtel is not responsible for any content or transactions that is contained or may be available outside the services. Airtel makes no representations, warrantees, guarantees or any endorsements as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any products, services or other offerings that may be advertised or made available by a third party through the service or which may be linked to the service such as in advertising or a submission. Accordingly, Airtel will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for any transaction that may occur between you and such third parties and you should always use prudent judgment in your association with such third parties.

In no event shall Airtel be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the services in any manner, even if Airtel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Airtel for the services. You specifically agree and understand that Airtel is not liable to you for any content or illegal conduct of any third party and that you alone accept such risk of harm.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Airtel from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Service.

Any provision of the these terms and conditions that are declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof.

These Terms and the Services shall be governed as per the applicable laws of India and the courts of New Delhi only shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any matters arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Provide an independent forum by means of the Office of the Ombudsperson, for employees and external stakeholders of the company to raise concerns and complaints about improper practices which are in breach of the Bharti Code of Conduct.

Put in place a fair and equitable inquiry process and redressed mechanism.

Reassure employees and other stakeholders raising the concerns, that each one will be fully protected against possible reprisals, intimidation, coercive action, dismissal, demotion or victimization when a serious and genuine concern of apparent unprofessional conduct has been made in good faith.

Communication and implementation of the ombuds person policy

The implementation of this policy will be the responsibility of the Ombudsperson.

A copy of the policy is available to all employees on the various company intranets. The policy will be explained to new joinees at the time of induction and continuous communication will ensure that awareness of the Code of Conduct and Ombudsperson Policy is cascaded to all in the organization.

Partner should submit valid and correct invoices and documents in accordance with agreed contract terms.

Export:

India\'s industrial production (IIP) probably shrank in February due to a contraction in infrastructure industry output and flagging demand, after a surprisingly strong rise in January.

A consensus forecast by a poll of 26 economists showed factory production likely fell by 0.7 percent in February on a year earlier, following a 2.4 percent surge in January.

Before that surprise rise in January, industrial output had contracted in seven of the previous 10 months.

Another fall does not bode well for Asia\'s third-largest economy, as it struggles to recover after a decade low annual growth rate in the fiscal year that ended in March.

"Core infrastructure has dropped very sharply... it wouldn\'t be a big surprise at all if IP came off quite sharply," said Aninda Mitra, an economist at Capital Economics in Singapore, who forecasts a 3 percent contraction.

"It overall reflects a generalised slowdown in demand and production is just responding to that," Mitra added.

Output in the country\'s eight key infrastructure industries, which make up almost 40 percent of factory production, contracted by an annual 2.5 percent in February after January\'s 3.9 percent rise.

Production in five of those eight declined, and as a result infrastructure output contracted for the first time since the new series started in April 2005.

"Core industry (output) is aligned more towards the investment-related activities which have not been doing well," said Siddhartha Sanyal, chief India economist at Barclays in Mumbai.

Capital goods output, a key barometer of investment, fell an annual 1.8 percent in January and grew just once in the previous 10 months until then.

The Indian economy has been beset by weak investment, flagging consumer demand, a slowdown in the rate of implementing infrastructure projects and ballooning government finances.

A contraction of industrial output would be out of line with the HSBC manufacturing PMI survey for February, which showed factories stepped up production during the month even though global demand had dented export growth.

The March PMI showed manufacturing activity grew at its weakest pace since November 2011, suggesting production is not likely to pick up anytime soon.

In turn, the recovery in overall economic growth will be delayed further, adding to the pressure on the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to ease policy.

The RBI has cut its key repo rate twice this year, by 25 basis points each time to bring the rate down to 7.50 percent, in a bid to stimulate growth, but warned that further easing would depend on inflation easing and how the current account deficit is controlled.
