Here we need some clarifications on PayPal account Security. As we are using PayPal account in commlabuniversity domain for that reason we’d like to know what type of security measures are you providing to avoid hacking or Phishing of buyers or sellers personal financial information. And how much is secure PayPal service security measures to use the PayPal service. We're going to increase our business services through PayPal. Could you lease clarify above my concerns and let me know if you have any concerns on same

Regarding the security of Paypal we would not have any information regarding that. Paypal is a third party payment provider that is not directly affiliated with Liquid Web. We do allow our clients to pay their bills using Paypal payments however the security for such payments would be handled by Paypal themselves.

You may have added other security features yourself to the server but that is the only one that we have added for you.

Please keep in mind, as with any certification, such as PCI compliance, there will be some work on your end such as a self-assessment questionnaire that will need to be completed by you or your staff. You will want to contact an auditor, to ensure this process is completed properly on your end. There are 4 levels of PCI compliance, and you will need to be sure which pertains to you.

Paypal is one of the very secured payment gateways for on line payment. So their security infrastructure is always state-of-the art. We regularly use this gateway for our on line payment using Credit Card for buying software licenses, subscription renewal etc. We have not encountered any issues. However, ask your finance team to check FOREX payment limit and recent RBI Guidelines w.r.t Paypal transactions- for individual and Business establishments.
