ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mr. James KP is from a noble, orthodox, Christian family from Chengannur (Kerala) India. He was born & brought up in Nasik, India and pursued his professional education from ‘The College of Engineering’, Pune, India. He passed out in the year 1977 in the field of Electrical. In his college days he was good in sports especially cricket, football & chess. He worked in Maharashtra state Electricity board in Sinnar in Nasik district for 2 years from 1978 onwards. He was posted as Junior Electrical Engineer in the Consumer Section of the Board. But due to the bad health of the seniors, he was Acting Assistant & Deputy Executive Engineer in a span of six months from the date of joining. He migrated to Kuwait in the year 1981, 12thJan. He started his career in different companies like Nafisi & Faroukhi, Kuwait Consulting Engineering Bureau, Salem Al Nisfi, The Associated Construction Company, Gulf Engineering Company, Bonyan Consulting Office, The Associated Consulting Engineering Partnership; Pan Arabs Consulting Office etc….The position in which he worked is Plant Engineer, Project Engineer, & Design & Supervision Engineers. He has Design & Supervise well known projects in Kuwait. To name a few like The National Library of Kuwait, The Amiri Terminal Building in Kuwait International Airport, Force Relocation of Coalition Village- Phase -2 for American Air Force located in Jaber Air Base, Kuwait Auditing Bureauin Shukaih, Bayan Palace Phase-II Contract 206, Sheikh Salem Al – Sabah Palace Re-ovation in Mesilla, Equate for Flour Daniel, Joint Operation for Chevron &Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (k.s.c.).

He started writing after the death of his Late Father Mr. K.C.Pappachan from 19th Jan 2012 onwards. In his childhood days he was great collector & writer of Proverbs. He has great interest in all religion of the world.

It is with immense pleasure & satisfaction that I present this book titled ‘WHAT IS LIFE & LIFE AFTER DEATH? - PART-I

ON TRUTH, LOVE & DEATH. PART-II, to students, young couples as well as old people.

I have been thinking to write this book from very long time since my college days when I used to read "JAMES BOND OO7" books. Why not I also become a writer like Fleming but not "JAMES BOND 007 but 001".One day, I may become the number one writer the world is yet to see. It took exactly 40 years for my dreams to come true, & there are many dreams I see in night, in day time I work for my dreams to come true. I’m so confident with the blessings from God Almighty all my dreams will come true. If the dreams not come true then those is destiny & enjoy the good things in life for which our Lord has brought us in this beautiful earth. I should also thank the people of Kuwait for allowing me to work for 32 years. My special gratitude to late "HIS HIGHNESS SHIEKH SALEM AL SABAH THE FORMER SON OF 1ST AMIR OF KUWAIT" when Kuwait took independence from Great Britain in the year 1961.

I should always pay my gratitude to fellow co-friends & my seniors in editing this book their support I will keep it until death apart me. It is my pleasure & privilege to write foreword to this book, "What is Life & Life after Death"?

Most of my time has been spent in Engineering studies & working all these years. To be honest I was not aware of my writing capabilities until I met my friend’s Mr. Krishnamoorthy & Mr. Ambalam whom encouraged me for writing this book, especially Mr. Moorthy.

Of course, my family & sweetheart my wife Annie help me lot. The contents are her thoughts & her simple knowledge of life which I copied from her in this book form. Finally I’m thankful to all my friends & well-wishers for my dreams to come true in writing this book. I hope this book should be great boon to mankind whoever reads, understand & practice in their real lifespan. All what I have written in this booklet is my suggestion to fellow being, it is not an advice to anyone, it is not necessary you must follow, If you follow or not life will continue as usual.

WHAT IS LIFE & IT PHILOSOPHY?

What is life? Life is what you make it. During my journey to different parts of the world, I came to know more about life & the living standard of the people of the world. Different religion, different languages and different culture. But one thing I notice all are afraid of one thing that is GOD or ALLAH.

What is GOD? GOD is Love. Yes GOD IS Great Ocean of Death after death only you can meet GOD. Even in day to day life by meditation you come across GOD.

There are four stages in Life, One is normal stage, Second is dreaming stage, third one is deep sleep & fourth one is Absolute or unlimited stage.

People talk in normal stage, fight in normal stage, work & etc…

In dreaming stage you are half conscious & half sleep, you sometimes keep on dreaming things which are impossible to achieve. Some you achieve & some you don’t achieve.

The third stage is deep sleep at this stage where the soul goes? It goes to the creator. He sees what you have done day to day. He rectifies the mind or the soul & keeps the soul in the body when you awake up. If you follow the rectification you will live longer, if you don’t follow the rectification the Satan will take you from the beautiful earth.

The fourth stage is an absolute stage where it is difficult for a normal human been to reach this stage. A stage where full meditation is required, which can’t be taught or studied. All you have to do it yourself where you come face to face with God & you know the realities of life. (If time permits I will write a separate book on this in future).

The earth is hell for some & heaven for others. So the earth is hell & heaven. There is no life after death. (To be read in detail in later chapter in the same book).

The sun, the moon, the stars & all the lights that you can imagine in the entire universe are the fragments of that one great life that is within you. It is the light of knowledge, the light of discrimination or difference, the light of understanding, the light of life & the light of sharing love & to be loved.

The lights of being you are. The light which is like a ripple in the vast ocean of bliss or happiness. You yourself are that small wave. You should always have confidence that the light of life really is within you.

Physics supports this philosophy, (which I studied in high school) .It also says that life is like particle, like wave. There is nothing that is truly subject to death. The Bible, The Koran, & The Vedas say after this the universe goes into annihilation or End &but It will returns again. The sun, the moon & stars will shine again as before. Nothing dies, so we also do not die.

If GOD is everywhere, then what dies? Nothing dies. The fear of death is one of our most fears. We all are afraid of word "Death" & do not want to face the truth that we all have to die.

Why do we fear dying? Death itself is not painful. When we take our old clothes & put a new one, we don’t feel fear or pain. We are pleased to have a new shirt. But the thought of taking off our body bring fear.

This is the way of the world. You see a child dying, an old women or old man dying, your friend dying & you say you don’t ‘"Believe in GOD". But it is not the act of GOD. It is done by the Satan within you.

The soul goes to God who never punishes anyone. If you did good things in life, he may put your soul in shelve & If you did bad things he may punish you by giving you rebirth as other animal’s, well I don’t know it all depends upon him what to do or what not do?

But there is a last judgment which is carried out by him, whether good or bad & even things done in secret by you .Our bodies will return to dust of the earth & the breath of life will go back to GOD, who gave it to us. Hence, have respects for" GOD & Obey his commands, because this is all that man was created for".

Man is a supernatural animal. We can compare our body with the most modern mobile air-conditioned factory. Its building has a cement concrete structure & is built on pillars the legs which gives it the movement required to move around. Its first floor, which is up to diaphragm, accommodates the nutrition producing plant, filtration plant & even sewage plant to throw out wastage like urine & stools. It also has a unique reproduction plant.

On the second floor of this human building there is a non-stop pump i.e.…Heart & also air controllers which is the lungs. The upper/top floor is dome-shaped & it accommodates the atomic reactor, super-computer & telephone exchange which is the brain which has miles long a fastest communication system.Suprisingly all the different plants work automatically & in co-ordination among them.

Sleep is for Eight hours, but death is a permanent sleep which last year’s say 1 year, 10 years or 1000 years also. The difference between different minds is the nature of your thoughts & your mind. If someone says that you are bad or have done something wrong you accept it & you become bad. If you think of it, then you feel bad. You cannot forget that thought. You want to forgive yourself, but you have a habit of retaining such negative thoughts.

Some people retain good thoughts &helpful thoughts & others retain negative & passive thoughts. Hence in Yoga you should encourage the positive thoughts & those thoughts which are not helpful should be discouraged on the path of meditation you learn this process.

All your good thoughts should be made into action. If you do not allow yourself to self expression in the right way in front of the society you lived. Then a day will come when you finally understand yourself which is a day of accomplishment for you. A time finally comes when you examine the realities of the world & you feel that "I have wasted my whole life for nothing", let me understand the Lord. Then you will walk toward the goal as if you understand everything.

-To look at you, to look up to you, to look into you shall ever be the joy of my life.

-Hide not your thoughts; if it is shameful to reveal or speak, It is more shameful to think of it.

-Forgive those for they do not know what they are doing.

-Don’t forgive those for they do know what they are doing.

-When you ask credit, I don’t give, you get mad. I give you, you don’t pay I get mad. Better you get mad.

-Life is fragile, handle with prayer.

- When life is fragile why to pray?

-Work without faith & prayer is an artificial flower.

-Accident is not accidental; it is either the mistake of the driver who is driving the car or the passer by or the opposite driver or the mechanical system of the car which the driver’s didn’t check.

-A smile cost nothing but the memory of it is everlasting.

-Smoking is injurious to your health & my health which is very precious for my family, so kill yourself somewhere else.

-Smoke in close room where there is no exhaust fan.

-Smoke in front of your house in front of your wife & children.

-To ex-smokers, smoke only five cigarettes a day i.e... One early morning when you go to bathroom, One after breakfast, one after lunch, one in the evening when you take snacks & tea & lastly after dinner which is good for your health.

-Smoking creates new ideas for me.

-When a carpenter is in a problem, he always smokes a cigarette to solve his problem.

-Wife is knife which cuts life into many, many pieces, but there is no life without a wife.

-Wife- worries increasing forever.

-Wife is a- worldly instrument for entertainment.

-Wife provides the lubrication oil for man’s machine, if the man doesn’t receive the lubrication oil,

His machines may get jammed & he may be choking to death or go wild in behavior or get mad also.

-Family- Father & mother I love you after lord.-God is love: What is God & Love. God is great ocean of Death & Love is lake of tears, Ocean of sorrow, Valley of death & End of life.

-God is great. What is great? Great revolutionary ending ate it is true. Normal living human being becomes dead.

-Then, God is silence, what is silence? Souls are immortal living endlessly which never ceases to end.

-Old is gold & Gold is old.

-Yours is mine & mine is mine only.

-The house is built by bricks & columns & home is built by love & dreams.

-I will remember you with silent tears in daily prayers.

-I put down my pen with times yet to come.

-A new born is the head of the family.

-Father is the head of the family, Mother is the heart of the family & Children’s are the eyes of the World.

-When Mother becomes the head of the family, Father is the heart of the family & then Children’s are the thieves of the Neighbor.

-When Children’s become the head & heart of the family then the Father & Mother depends upon the mercy of the Neigh ours.

-Genius is one percent inspiration & 99% perspiration.

-Gratitude is memory of the heart.

-A healthy body is a guest chamber for a soul; a sick body is a prison.

-Hope is poor man’s bread.

-Impossible is the word only to be found in the dictionary of fools.

-Delay of justice is injustice.

-Kindness gives birth to kindness.

-Knowledge itself is power.

-Laziness travels so slowly that poverty soon overtakes.

-When we don’t know what life is? How can we know death?

-The easiest thing in the world is talking.-If you irate sensible people they talk sense.-All dogs have a day, when my day will come.-There is no pure happiness, it happens only in your acceptance of things around you.

WHAT IS SPIRITUAL ENERGY?

Many people are interested to know what spiritual Energy is.? But which they don’t understand it. People think that they can accomplish the task of becoming Enlighten end outside the world, which is not true. First, of all you have to understand the people around you. You may be systematic in your practice but you are very dry & harsh with others. They bother their family wife, children, relations etc… But at the same time, there are some who lovingly adjust their personal lives to attain Enlightenment in his lifetime. You should also have that determination, & then only you can lead a happy life.

Again, your partners fight against each other become jealous of others because he is getting more business & you are getting less. If that is the case, then it is not spirituality. In spirituality there is no jealously, but there may be competition. If your partner in real life is more spiritual & you also are more spiritual than her, it is good for you. But to think your partner is spiritual & you are less spiritual is not helpful. It is negative competition in your life which you should avoid.

There is one important principle-‘Truth’ which you to want to use in all your life. This ‘Truth’ is injurious, hurting or harming others, which is also not correct. According to Bible, there is a difference between love & truth. It is love you should practice first & then truth. Truth with love is vacant &an empty experience in life.

There is no book in world teaching you what is love? Actually speaking love is killing, harming or injuring you. That is true love means. So when you practice love, you should not go to external world but practice with the nearest one whom you love most i.e. your wife, because you took vows when you married her, When you have accepted somebody as your best friend with whom you can relate,speak,share & feel. Then first practice not harming or injuring her. Here where love is practice. Take a vow, that whatever happens to you, you should not harm her. Sometimes you mean something but your partner feels something else. You are totally misunderstood. Never make your partner weak. You want her to lean on you, & make her weak but that is not healthy practice.

Life & relationships are very close to each other, actually, speaking they are one & the same. If you are related to someone, it means somebody wants’ something from you or you want something from him. That is relationship which means sharing. Relationship is not understood most of the time. When a relation becomes one-sided & demanding, then fight starts & you want to leave it. But, actually speaking you cannot live without relationships. They are necessary in life no matter in what position or capacity you serve, whether you are a priest, or ordinary man, or professional of the world of today. But you should learn that life is relationship & communication.

If you communicate & discuss, then only your thoughts in your mind come out but not your behavior.

You should be able to communicate in such a way that your knowledge is shared & understood by people around you. It becomes part of the education. You should learn to understand that the law of communication should be shared with others or else you are a failure. Communication is a essential part of the education that is practice first in home.

If the parents do not communicate well with the children then the children have a problem to the last breath of their life. No one can help them even the psychics’ doctor or the medicine or the therapy because in childhood the seeds are not sown properly.

So, when you have children, you have to go out your way to change yourself. You are great teachers & you also have to learn something from them. Learn from them the humor & joy which GOD has given them, when they were born & they are just like GOD. Kids all enjoy, like things which are valuable to you are invaluable to them & things which are valuable to them are invaluable to you. They built houses in sand. They do not care for your wealth, bank balance, intelligence or the degree certificates you have received from colleges & universities.

They are in joy & they are happy. They are better than you in everything. In short, you are attached with your family. You call it love no it is not true. It is selfish & attachment. In love you give & attachment you take. There is a vast difference between having & giving. Those who learn to give are lovers & those who learn to receive are beggars.

Actually, you expect too much from the world. There are two worlds, the world created by you & world you are in. What creates problem is world created by you, by your family & relationship. Somehow in the past, you expected the future. Try to adjust this world, which will not create problem to you. You are a human being; you have the power, knowledge& everything.

Instead, you waste your energy calling GOD, expecting to solve your problems created by you.

Again you expect something from your wife also. Expectation is the mother of all misery in real life. So Expectation with nothing will lead to happiness. Share, enjoy & give freely to each other whatever you have, then only the formula of love works. The moments you expect, then you start calculating & then you are frustrated. Then you go to other woman & again you get frustrated & lead to divorce. Neither the east nor the west will make you happy. No one is happy only one who is within is happy. One who is within understands what the concept of Real happiness is.

You experience pain or joy. But beyond this joy there is another joy called mental joy & beyond that there is spiritual joy & Lastly Absolute joy. So try to reach there, that is the source of silence. You can call it GOD or Allah, or anything what you think is correct. But you may be merely pushing away some realities that you want to forget. You may be searching GOD or good partner. If this particular is fulfilled, will you be happy. No, still you are not happy even if fulfilled you still need something throughout your life. You go on adding fuel to the fire, which creates only smoke but no fire.

-To become genius, the family & neighbour suffers.

-Health is Wealth, if Wealth is lost something is lost, if Health is lost everything is lost.

-If character is lost something is lost.

-The biggest Weapon in the World is man’s tongue.

-Men talk & think about sex, while women desire it more often.

-Sleep more than eight hours to stay slim.

-The beauty of the girl lies in the look of her eyes.

-Sight is a Gift of God, so we make best use of it by seeing the beautiful aspects of life & neglect the unwanted.

-When you want to relax in house underwear the underwear.

-In good times a friend is your heart, in bad times he takes the "T" from the Heart & then he never hears you.

-The Mood & Music goes side by side for a man. When in good mood, he listened fast Music, when in bad mood, he listened sad Music, When in Romance mood, he listened sad Music, when in no mood, & he hates Music.

-To make a perfect Ambience for sex, you should light the bedroom with candles & scented oil to feel it.

-Discover every little Joy in your everyday life & praise the Lord for providing it.

-Ego is nothing but a collection of your thoughts from all your past experience put together.

-Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not something to be waited for but rather something to be Achieved.

-Our lives are a sum total of the choices we make.

-Accepting responsibility is actually a very liberating experience.

-Problem solving is useful adjunct to your Happiness.

-A true barometer of Intelligence is a dynamically happy life lived each day & each present moment of Everyday.

-True Happiness comes from being grateful, with what we have & from what we give?

-With love of God, Death no longer brings severe Depression.

-Nervous don’t break down; Intelligent people do not have "NBD’S" because they are in charge of themselves.

-With an appropriate amount of motivation & effort you can be anything you choose.

-One becomes old when one stops laughing.

-Ageing is a state of one’s mind.

-Silence is a good & gold also, it helps you to be healthier.

-The most saleable self-help philosophy is your approach to achieve happiness, minimize pain, concentrate self, & try to find joy even in horrible circumstances.

-A gentle answer quiets anger, but a harsh one stirs it up.

-When wise people speak they make knowledge attractive but stupid people spout nonsense.

-Knowledge is spread by people who are wise not by fools.

-When people are happy, they smile which is good for everyone including the nature, but when they are sad look de-pressed, but believe in lord sadness will turn to happiness.

-Better be poor & fear the Lord than be rich & in trouble

-Better to eat vegetables with people you love than to eat the finest meat where there is hate.

-Get all the advice you can from the people around you & you will succeed without it you fail.

-Hot tempers cause arguments, but patience brings peace.

-A wise son makes his father happy, a fool despises his mother.

-Stupid people are happy with their foolishness but the wise will always do what is right.

-What a joy it is to find just the right word for right occasion!

-Wise people walk the road that leads upward to life, not the road that leads downward to death.

-We make our plans but the Lord has the last word.

-You think everything you do is right but the Lord Judges your motives.

-Advice is a drug in market, the supply always exceeds the demand.

-If a man loves to give advice, it is sure sign that he himself wants it.

-The only thing to do with good advice is to pass it on. It is never of any use to oneself.

-If you tell the difference between good advice & a bad advice, you don’t need advice.

HOW TO CURE CANCER & OTHER DEADLY DISEASES.

Stem cells are biological cells found in all multicellular organisms that can divide & differentiate into diverse specialized cell types. There are two types of stem cells- embryonic stem cells & adult stem cells that are found in various tissues. Embryonic stem cell- based on tissue engineering may help to repair damaged tissue. The healthy pulp of deciduous teeth is rich source of stem cells. Medical researchers believe that stem cell therapy has the potential to dramatically change the treatment of human disease. A number of adult stem cell therapies already exist particularly bone marrow transplant that is used in the treatment of leukemia.

Scientist for centuries, have known that certain animals can regenerate missing parts of their bodies. Humans share this ability with animals like the starfish. Although humans cannot replace a missing leg or a finger, our bodies are constantly regenerating skin, blood & other tissues. Experiments conducted in the olden times with bone marrow, established the existence of stem cells as powerful cells that allow us to regenerate some tissues,. This led to the development of bone marrow transplantation, a therapy now widely use in all medical application.

Every cell in the human body can be traced back to a fertilized egg that came into existence from the union of an egg & a sperm. The human body is made up of not just one, but over 200 different types of cells & all of these cell types comes from a pool of stem cells in the early embryo.

It is unspecialized cells that develop into special cells, which in turn make up the different types of tissues in the human body. During the period of early development as well as later in life, various types of stem cells give rise to specialized or differentiated cells, such as the skin, blood, muscle & nerve cells, which carry out the specific function of the body.

It undergoes cell division when it is called into action& forms multiple cell types. A single stem cell, when transplanted within the body, completely ‘reforms’ a particular tissue. Research shows that on comparison new stem cells are able to multiply & make repairs, more than older ones such as those existing in aging bodies. The availability of newborn stem cells such as those we offer makes the body maintenance processes much more active. As damaged cells are identified by the immune system& are then replaced by circulating stem cells dangerous conditions such as cancer are likely to be prevented. In fact stem cells can be considered the ultimate preventive health measure.

Stem cell therapy involves the introduction of healthy new ones to repair & replace damaged or lost cells. The ability to repair damaged tissues & rejuvenate aging organs makes it very effective at reversing various disease processes as well as the signs & symptoms of aging.

Stem cells differ from other kinds of cells in the body. Its unspecialized i.e. it does not have any tissue specific structures that allow it to perform specialized functions. It cannot work with its neighbors to pump blood through the body. It carries molecules of oxygen through the bloodstream. It fires electrochemical signals to other cells that allow the body to move or speak. It is capable of dividing & renewing themselves for long periods. It can give rise to specialized cells.

It is found in all human beings from the early stages of human development to the end of life. There are different types of stem cells like Embryonic, Adult etc… It is the primal cells found in all multicellular organisms. They are unspecialized cells that develop into the specialized cells that make up the different types of tissue in the human body. They are vital to the development, growth, maintenance & repair of our brains, bones, muscles, nerves, blood, skin & other organs. Scientists are using it to study basic processes of embryological development including the processes that lead to genetic disease & abnormalities. Its research & its application hold scientific & medical promise.

In closing the potential uses for stem cells seem endless. The technology requirement of human reproductive cloning is possible in near future. Our scientists are sitting in round table with the rest of humanity together face these very difficult moral & ethical concerns that touch the essence of life itself i.e.… The stem cells.

The list of possible adverse side effects attributed to each drug is almost always long. Many adverse drug reactions are the result of drug interaction. The more drugs you take, the more likely, there will be interaction in some way. "Diseases can modify your response to Drugs."Thus, even assuming that the diagnosis was correct & proper drugs were taken at the proper time, the serious side effects of prescription drugs have been admitted by the doctors worldwide. -Words are the base of any language. When right words are placed at the place with proper grammar, language becomes beautiful, striking & powerful.

-God heals & the doctor takes the fees.

-Experience is a good teacher, but she sends in terrific bills.

-Experience encourages a man to make new mistakes after which he learns & becomes more powerful than before-Experience is a school where the fees are unbelievably very expensive.

THE SCIENCE OF SOUND & LIGHT’S PHILOSPHY..

In the beginning of the world, was a word & the word was god. If you studied all the scriptures of the world & its philosophy of the evolution of this universe, they explain many things & then stop.

So, our forefathers discovered in deep silence those words that are called "Unspoken Words" or "Soundless Sound".

All the great traditions use three main focal points for concentration of a sound or a set of words or light. When you consider sound. There are three categories-First, sound used in prayers, Second is used in your thoughts & lastly, the sound used to call "Allah" or "GOD".

When you consider a set of words.Then, if you are completely inclined to words or in Koran or in bible it will lead you to nowhere.

And lastly light, but with light does not lead you to silence, sound leads to silence. That is why our forefathers choose sound instead of light as the first choice for concentration even though light travels faster than sound.

Artificial lights & images create barriers for you; they do not allow you to see the real light. Hence our teachers told us "The Jar of Life is covered with something that is glittering like a smile but dazzling light blinds us."

These light are so powerful that we cannot see the truth. Therefore, we seek to remove this lights.So, the first job is to remove the artificial lights & you should learn to create darkness for yourself, So that you can see the real life. The same is true with sound & the original sound to another sound. Etc…

The sound of science can heal you. A good teacher is like a good doctor, who knows what the student is lacking or what he want? All is levels like mental level, the physical level, the emotion level or the four ‘s’ levels like sex,sleep,sustenance(food &drink) & survival (continue to live). The teacher understands all. A good teacher will give a sound philosophy according to the diagnosis of the student. In meditation, the science of sound helps one to attain stable position & finally, beyond that achieve a stature level or Samadhi.

To attain all this practice is required at the extreme level. Nothing in the world is impossible because I’m possible for everything if you believe in God Almighty & practice his principles because he is the man who brought you to this world. You should be thankful to him for every moment you existing in this world & see what you see around you. Treat each human being as your brother & sister & enjoy the beautiful aspects of the world you are in.

Daily prayers should be conducted jointly by all members of the family with the Father the head of the home next to the Lord. The Mother the heart of the Family & all matters good or bad regarding the Family matters should be discuss through her. Remember, after death The Lord will guide us the way to another world.

Even the place you live has great signifance on your life cycle. In olden times, people used to give much importance to "VASTU" a place where you lived. The spiritual energy you attain from the moon as affect on the human body, if the house is not properly design & lived. The kitchen should always face the southeast of the house, likewise, the bedroom should be in south, dining room in west, bathroom in the east, prayer room in the northeast etc…If the house is not properly design & lived in, you may get sickness like back pain, rheumatism, cancer, etc… Which are difficult to cure & your lifespan is reduce.

All planets in this universe influence the bio-rhythm of every human being when he is born in this Earth until his death. More details you can obtain from "The web of Vastu" in the internet.

Even the place of worshipped like the Mosque, the Church, the Temples should be properly design for the location & the site of holy place dwellings. It affects our lifespan in the Earth. It is believe that we have nine lives indifferent earths of different universe. So, we should live happily &die happily in this planet.

Finally, you should practice "YOGA" in which two aspects are there. One is "THE MASCULINE POWER" & other is "THE DYNAMIC or ENERGETIC or CREATIVE POWER" which is your mother from where all of you are born. All your matter, mind, life is created by her. When the "THE MASCULINE POWER meets THE CREATIVE POWER" you are born in this world of today. In ‘YOGA" the mind controls the body perfectly. If your mind works well, your body should be able to express what your mind wants. This perfect co-ordination exists between mind & body in yoga. And also, you know that "YOGA or EXERCISE" is a union of" INDIVIDUAL SOUL with the COSMIC SOUL or THE WHOLE UNVERSIVE".

Ideally your mind should control your body perfectly: if you want to cry your body should cry; if you want to smile your body should do it immediately. If your mind works well, your body should be able to express whatever your mind wants. Then perfect co-ordination exists between body & mind. To have perfect health one needs co-ordination between many things: nutrition, digestion, elimination & regeneration. A well coordinated body is healthy body. Sometimes people seem to be healthy but they are not actually well coordinated. A body that is not coordinated is unhealthy & sick.

After reading all this you will understand what is "FIRE & LIGHT"? Which is one & one only? You awake from the "FIRE" & the knowledge you attain is "THE LIGHT of the WORLD or THE LIGHT of KNOWLEDGE ‘or THE LIGHT of DISCRIMATION or THE LIGHT of UNDERSTANDING &THE LIGHT of LOVE & KNOWLEDGE." You need both "FIRE & LIGHT" to pass to another world.

-Life is a game of sports in which only death wins.

-The one who builds a bridge over him must remember that one day in life he may have to pass over it, in which he may fall & die.

-To become rich you have to give many things in life forget what you take up.

-The rich become richer by robbing the poorer & finally he die of his greediness for obtaining more money.

-Things which you count, doesn’t count but things which you don’t count, it counts.

-Tongue is the expression of what mind thinks at that moment, Mind thinks in a logistic way& only Anger sprouts.

- The most powerful machine that a man has in his possession is his mind.

-To get out of difficulty one usually must go through it.

-Love is the only thing that can be divided without been diminished.

-Happiness is enhanced by others, but does not depend upon others.

-For every minute you are angry with someone, you lose sixty seconds of happiness that you can never get back.

-Do what you can, for whom you can, with what you have & where you are.

-We take for granted the things that we should be giving thanks for.-Take time to laugh for it is the music of soul of each human being.

-Patience is the Ability to idle.

-Love is strengthened by working through conflicts putting to-gather.

-The choice you make today will affect to-morrow.

-Man looks at outward appearance but the Lord looks within of us.

-If you fill your heart with regrets of yesterday & worries of to-morrow, you may have no today to be thankful for.

-All truth, in long run, is only common sense clarified.

-Wealth you get by dishonesty will do you no good but honesty can save your life from evils.

-The lord will not let good people go hungry, but he will keep the wicked from getting what they want

-Anyone who loves knowledge wants to be told when he is wrong. It is stupid to hate being corrected.

-All the wicked people want is to find evil things to do, but the righteous stand firm.

-When a fool is annoyed, he quickly lets it to be known. Smart people will ignore an insult.

-A wise son pays attention when his father corrects him, but an arrogant person never admits he is wrong. -Homes are made by wisdom of women, but are destroyed by foolishness.

-A morning smile of a child is a health tonic of the day.-An innocent look of a child is the look of God or Allah! Towards you.

-The real measure of a man’s wealth is what he has invested in eternity.

-It is important for the parents to leave the same things they teach to their children’s, so the children’s are always in the custody of our Lord Almighty.

-O! Lord, when I lose hope because my plans have come to nothing….Then help me to remember that your love is always greater than my disappointments & your plans for my life are always better than my dreams, Oh! Lord forgives me I’m a sinner.

-Welfare be to all the world; May all understand each another. Diseases & misery may perish: Then everyone will live healthy & peaceful in the kingdom of Lord i.e.….The Heaven.

"Silly "questions are serious questions. Always take children’s question seriously. Don’t laugh at them. Some question may sound silly to you, but they’re not silly to your child. Be careful not to ridicule your child’s imaginative ideas of future generation:-Some kids just want to keep asking. Be ready for follow –up questions & be willing to keep talking to them, & then your answer will lead to more questions. That’s the mark of a good answer- it makes your child to think in his world of happiness & joy. i.e. Heaven & paradise.

-My son is a son until he marries a girl, but my daughter is a daughter throughout her lifetime.

-The religion is based on truth & non-violence, Truth is my GOD& Non-Violence is the means of realizing him.

-The book which does not teach us new & more truthful verses do not deserve to be read.

-Violence has blessings of multiplying evil than diminishing it!

-Vision is the art of seeing things invisible to normal human being.

-The mother of all wars is misery of wars.

- The winners of all wars bring misery& poverty to poor people.

-If men are so wicked with religion, then what will they do without it?

-A woman’s whole lifetime remains the history of her affection towards her beloved!

-What you want to do tomorrow, do it today, & what you want to do today, do it now.

-Tradition is the history of past time.

-Goods deeds done by you even though not fruitful to you, will be fruitful to your son in future when you leave this world of today

.-Nobody entertains death, although after death only you can meet God!

-you can’t win war by dying for your country but you win wars by making another man die for his country!

-Nobody in the world can rule your mind given by God Almighty; you are the king of your mind which is very precious to you.

-Leaders are not born they are matured!

-Poverty always lives with the poorer, &Money always is with the rich person which finally kills him if he goes after it.

The Happiness of mind can be achieved by stopping all unnecessary worries; it will be observed that in Nature, Nobody worries for future. If a list is made, it will be found that most of them are unnecessary & could be avoided.

Everybody should take interest in others & in literature, music, art; sports etc…Then love all beings & be friendly with them. To give is Divine & to earn a living, honestly is Human. To snatch others property & cause pain to others in body, by words or even mentally is a sin.

We are all Humans. Let’s try to be Humane & Divine. To know yourself, you do not have to renounce, but you must learn to adjust so that you can be content here in his Lifetime. Spirituality is not the property of any culture, religion, sect, color or sex: anyone who aspires, desires, determines, & practices will attain it. Now, if you devote some time to understand the mysterious of death, life here & hereafter. It is very simple, providing one decides to fearlessly examine & explore the finer dimensions of life & end of life.

As we grow from childhood onwards, in the end there is called death. Death is a point of growth. Though a parting day, death actually is a wedding day, when separation is not really separation but rather leads you to fresh, glorious hope that is called life hereafter. The wise do not mourn, remain afraid or worry, for death is an essential part of growth: it is a must. Aspirants should remember that a day is bound to come when they will have to part from this world &they should be prepared for it.

Don’t become dependent on any external resource on this path of prosperity, but learn to deal constructively with the external world If you learn to make all your relationships in the external world into means, you definitely make progress. The process of learning to serve & give to others selflessly will help you to come out of that mire of selfishness & negativity those results when you merely strengthen your ego, constantly seeking to develop only "I, me, & mine. External love & service is one very important step towards freedom. You cannot become enlightened by evading or escaping the world: the world exists to help you progess & all the things of the world exist for you to use as means.

Then there nine major points to remember which are as follows:-

Firstly, you should get up in the morning pray to the Lord for providing the day to see.

Secondly, Meditate for few minutes by speaking to yourself, so your mind will be ready for it.

Thirdly, your body should be still, so your mind is free to mediate.

Fourthly, your breath should be control so that both body & mind is calm.

Fifthly, you should develop a will power that you can do it, yes you can do it, and I must do it.

Sixthly, you should learn to develop how to remove the disturbing or negative thoughts to go out of your mind.

Seventhly, you should develop cultivating thoughts which will be useful to people around you.

Eighthly, you should learn to understand the people around you & develop thoughts beneficial to mankind.

Lastly, you should learn to give all what you have. Don’t expect anything from anyone because you are visitor to this earth, naked you come & naked you go.

The program which I have outlined in this book will guide you to path of happiness & peace, but you must practice a lot in life. You cannot attain grace or assistance from outside until you have learned to cultivate your own grace, through working systematically with your mind & determination. When you cultivate the ascending power, then the descending power of grace also dawns. The library of knowledge & capacities within yourself can definitely be brought forward, but you must first cultivate your own strength, to do that practice the eight major points of above.

May the grace of the Lord be with everyone for reading this book? And, the light of the world is within you.
