Plan For My Career

Individual objective:

Here, I am asked to put forth my development plan for my career in my next few years. But After completing my course, I have a plan to work as an executive for a reputed company like automobile industry. Thereby which, I could be able to gain much experience in business administration. But this could be my short term goal as soon as I finish my Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration.

I have a long term goal too to achieve in my life, about which I have briefly jotted down below.

There are two things which I set as my goal.

Firstly, being a student of business management, I would like to use my managing skills with my country, India, to bring forth a prospering evolution in the automobile industry, especially cars.

Cars have become the most common mode of transport in my growing country.

In earlier days, cars were meant for the use of only big Landlords and rulers. But, today, the influences of cars have grown in such a way that almost 80%, the majority of the population of India are using cars for their transportation.

Starting from the lower middle class to the upper high class, cars are parked in every house's park lots. It has become an essential component of every family in mostly capital and metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai etc...But the foreign brand cars not available in India .because there is very expensive and only the milliners are to buying the foreign brand cars like BMW, FERRARI etc... If we look into car manufacturers in other countries, they tremendously produce a large number of cars with different characteristics every year. So they are able to cope up with the needs of the people. But, why, could not India itself manufacture and produce such fabulous and exotic cars? I thought of it and I made my way to achieve this one soon in India.

I, being an MBA student, have several planning to manufacture the stylish cars in India itself.

I say this with real confidence because of the resources available in India. Especially the man power in India possesses such high caliber to manufacture the foreign cars too. The people in India are hardworking and dedicative. So, I believe that they could be able to do great jobs. My statement is that India must produce such cars like the others.

My long term goal will also be the same. India must be able to manufacture cars like those of Nissan and others. After I gain some years of experience with the automobile industry, I could be able to achieve it I believe. When I have enough knowledge about the automobile industry, I will start working towards my goal.

I will be consulting with some multinational manufacturers like Nissan, Renault, etc.. and propose my views to them. Thereby, they would be interested in establishing car manufacturing industries in India. They would be giving us the most expected dreams cars in India.

There are more than enough resources available in India including money. Thus, I will make them clear about my plan of producing cars in India. If satisfied, they would be working with me.

PERSONAL PLAN:

Regarding my personal life, I have the other goal to achieve. In India, the slum population constitute about nearly 60% of the total population. They have no one to care about and lift them up. Therefore, I am interested in lifting up the lives of slum people through a charity trust foundation. The following plan is needed to achieve my goal to help the slum people.

• Firstly, I must realize that starting a charity foundation requires lots of time, dedication and money.
• Next to identify specific goals for my intended charitable foundation.
• In my case, my intention is to help the slum people.
• I need to decide my financial support partner

I accepted the MBA course as a challenge by setting my personal and career objectives. By doing this course, I think I could be able to close the gap between my personal skills and the industry expectations. As we all know, there is huge demand for talented and hard working people in the corporate sector in these days. I would also be able to meet the needs of the current industry trends. Now, let me describe about the employers expectations in the present days. My long term goal is to manufacturing the foreign cars in my home country. So I will plan to go to consulting the people which company is willing to manufacture the automobile industry in & for India. Before that I will be gainning the knowledge related to the industry. So I would like to join in the reputed automobile company and gain more experience in that field. I will give my level best to that company and getting the high position and after I planned to start the charity foundation for the slum and physically challenged people. I will develop the charity day by day with the use of who have the helping tendency. It is my medium term target. Mainly I focused to make manufacturing the foreign cars in India. Now in India more people are demanding the luxury cars with customized facility. Surely I tell which company willing to manufacture the cars in india. This is my career plan to do in after my MBA studies.
